“We absolutely love working with Dilay and the team at Nadar Swimming! In as little as ONE month, my 4.5 yo went from panicked about water to swimming like a fish. She loves the water, is comfortable and most of all, is safe!”

“My five year old came to Miami not knowing how to swim and after 10 lessons she is a pro, so confident in the water. Thanks so much for all Ernesto’s amazing teaching techniques! He did it in such a fun, professional, calm way.”

“Dilay taught my 2 year old daughter how to swim before she even turned 2! She gave her confidence and now she swims alone, dives, and plays in the water. She is charming, patient and always gentle and encouraging. I absolutely recommend her.”

“My daughter has always had a fear of swimming. We tried group classes and it was unsuccessful, then we contacted Nadar Swimming. We could not be happier — my daughter is a fish now, we can’t get her out of the water! Huge thank you to Dilay.”

“We spent the summer of 2024 getting swim lessons with Nadar Swimming and we would do it again! Our son is so confident now that he’s jumping in the pool saying “mom, wanna see something cool?!” Rigel was the absolute best for our son. Highly recommend.”

Worth knowing

About 88% of childhood drownings happen with at least one adult present — supervision alone is not enough.

Common questions

About water safety & drowning prevention

What ages is water safety for?
All ages, but especially urgent for ages 1–4 — the highest drowning-risk group in Florida.
Is this a one-time class or ongoing?
One thorough session covers the fundamentals. We recommend a refresher every 12 months as kids grow.
What is included in the home pool safety audit?
Barrier and gate review, alarm recommendations, supervision protocols, and a written response plan for emergencies.
Do we need to know how to swim first?
No. Water safety includes drown-proofing reflexes for non-swimmers and rescue basics for parents.
Do we still need this if we have a pool fence and alarm?
Yes. Barriers fail, alarms get bypassed, and kids find their way around both. Layered protection — barrier + supervision + swim skills — is what actually prevents drownings.
