“We absolutely love working with Dilay and the team at Nadar Swimming! In as little as ONE month, my 4.5 yo went from panicked about water to swimming like a fish. She loves the water, is comfortable and most of all, is safe!”

“My five year old came to Miami not knowing how to swim and after 10 lessons she is a pro, so confident in the water. Thanks so much for all Ernesto’s amazing teaching techniques! He did it in such a fun, professional, calm way.”

“Absolutely amazing experience with my daughter’s swimming classes! Coach Felipe has been so patient, caring, and encouraging, especially during moments when she felt nervous about the water. We’ve already seen progress in her confidence and comfort level.”

“Dilay taught my 2 year old daughter how to swim before she even turned 2! She gave her confidence and now she swims alone, dives, and plays in the water. She is charming, patient and always gentle and encouraging. I absolutely recommend her.”

“Kevin from Nadar Swimming was incredible. Aside from teaching my son how to swim in 4 classes, he had endless patience and accommodated a very tight schedule, always going out of his way to offer the finest service in the industry.”

“My daughter has always had a fear of swimming. We tried group classes and it was unsuccessful, then we contacted Nadar Swimming. We could not be happier — my daughter is a fish now, we can’t get her out of the water! Huge thank you to Dilay.”

“We spent the summer of 2024 getting swim lessons with Nadar Swimming and we would do it again! Our son is so confident now that he’s jumping in the pool saying “mom, wanna see something cool?!” Rigel was the absolute best for our son. Highly recommend.”

Worth knowing

Drowning remains the leading cause of injury death for US children ages 1–4 — early, gentle exposure is preventive, not premature.

Common questions

About infant & toddler lessons

How young is too young?
Six months is our minimum. Babies need head and neck control before formal water introduction.
Do parents get in the water with the baby?
Yes — the parent is in the water for every lesson. This is bonding time, not a drop-off class.
Will my baby actually learn to swim?
At this age we focus on comfort, breath control, and survival reflexes — not stroke skills. Real swimming comes later, around age 3–4.
What if my baby cries?
Totally normal, especially early on. We follow the baby — short sessions, lots of pauses, and we end on a positive note every time.
What should my baby wear in the water?
A reusable swim diaper (required), a one-piece suit or rash guard, and that is it. Disposable swim diapers are fine in a pinch but reusable ones contain better.
