“We absolutely love working with Dilay and the team at Nadar Swimming! In as little as ONE month, my 4.5 yo went from panicked about water to swimming like a fish. She loves the water, is comfortable and most of all, is safe!”

“My five year old came to Miami not knowing how to swim and after 10 lessons she is a pro, so confident in the water. Thanks so much for all Ernesto’s amazing teaching techniques! He did it in such a fun, professional, calm way.”

“Absolutely amazing experience with my daughter’s swimming classes! Coach Felipe has been so patient, caring, and encouraging, especially during moments when she felt nervous about the water. We’ve already seen progress in her confidence and comfort level.”

“Dilay taught my 2 year old daughter how to swim before she even turned 2! She gave her confidence and now she swims alone, dives, and plays in the water. She is charming, patient and always gentle and encouraging. I absolutely recommend her.”

“Kevin from Nadar Swimming was incredible. Aside from teaching my son how to swim in 4 classes, he had endless patience and accommodated a very tight schedule, always going out of his way to offer the finest service in the industry.”

“My daughter has always had a fear of swimming. We tried group classes and it was unsuccessful, then we contacted Nadar Swimming. We could not be happier — my daughter is a fish now, we can’t get her out of the water! Huge thank you to Dilay.”

“We spent the summer of 2024 getting swim lessons with Nadar Swimming and we would do it again! Our son is so confident now that he’s jumping in the pool saying “mom, wanna see something cool?!” Rigel was the absolute best for our son. Highly recommend.”

Worth knowing

Swimming engages every major muscle group at once and reduces joint impact by about 90% versus running.

Common questions

About adult swimming lessons

Is it embarrassing to learn as an adult?
Not with us. About a third of our adult students never learned as kids. There is zero judgment and no group class to feel exposed in.
Do I need to know how to float before I start?
No prerequisites. If you cannot float, that is lesson one.
How many lessons until I can swim freestyle?
Most adults swim a clean lap of freestyle within 6–10 lessons. Pace depends on water comfort more than athletic ability.
What if I have an injury or physical limitation?
Tell us up front and we adapt. We have worked with shoulder injuries, knee surgeries, vertigo, and more.
Do I need to buy swim gear before we start?
No. A swimsuit and goggles are all you need on day one. We can recommend gear once we know your goals — no shopping list required upfront.

Have a question? We’d love to help!

From day one, we help your family get water-safe and learn proper technique — so every lesson builds real, lasting confidence.
